Validic, Inc. is a digital health and remote care company devoted to our mission of improving the quality of human life by making personal data actionable. Were seeking a Business Development Executive, who will be responsible for
building and driving a pipeline of qualified prospects for the sales team. The individual in this role actively engages with new and existing leads through creative communications designed to increase client interest in the Companys solutions.
What Youll Do at Validic
- Develop new relationships, build rapport, and generate genuine interest through phone, email, and social media communications in order to establish meetings with decisions makers in companies that could benefit from using the Companys solutions
- Assess the prospect's needs in a consultative manner by explaining the Companys solutions, qualifying the prospect, and scheduling meetings for sales to begin the sales process
- Utilize customer relationship management software to manage and maintain a lead pipeline and document detailed information about prospects and their companies
- Achieve high productivity standards consistently and develop new innovative ways to generate prospects and leads
- Collaborate internally with Sales and Marketing, including sharing new ideas and learning from others, to optimize sales conversion rates and accelerate sales
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives and targets
- Research and identify potential new business prospects
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Companys products and market competition
What You'll Bring to Validic
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience requiredAt least two years of professional experience in business development, outbound prospecting, and lead generation requiredExperience in healthcare, digital health, or SaaS environments preferredExperience with Salesforce is highly desiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsFamiliarity with Healthcare and / or Healthcare Technology landscapesAbility to communicate with employees at all levels of an organization, including C-levelAbility to think outside the box with a creative, proactive, and strategic approach to problem-solvingA solid understanding of what it takes to manage and execute metric-driven inbound and outbound prospecting strategies effectivelySelf-motivation and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, strategic sales environmentWhy Youll Love Validic

Location : Remote U.S. Based- Our core hours are 10 : 00 a.m.-4 : 00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Reports to : Vice President, Revenue
Status : Full-Time / Exempt - No contract or contract to hire requests are being considered.
Compensation and Benefits : The salary range for this position is $65,800-$72,800 per year plus incentive compensation. Placement within salary range is determined by level of education, knowledge and skills, and relevant years of experience beyond the minimum job requirements. Benefits include medical / dental / vision / life insurance, flexible spending accounts, equity, 401(k), and flexible time off / work schedule.
Physical Requirements : Prolonged periods of working on a computer in various environments with multiple distractions. Must be able to travel up to 10%.
