What You'll Do :
This role is all about connecting the right sales person with the right customer and making sure no lead slips through the cracks . You’ll play a key part in ensuring customers get the service they need while helping our team maximize every opportunity.
On a Typical Day, You’ll Be :
Prioritizing incoming leads from our HVAC service technicians, electricians, and plumbers.Matching the right comfort consultant to the right job for a great customer experience.Distributing leads per the manager’s direction,Responding to customer inquiries within 30 minutes (we value responsiveness!)Reaching out to each prospect three times (email, text, and call) before moving on.Calling and confirming appointments with customers.Compensation :
