Leasing Consultant Full Time

Leasing ConsultantWoodruff Property Management Company is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to assist prospective residents, support leasing efforts, and provide outstanding service to current residents. This role is responsible for marketing, leasing, and resident relations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all tenants.Key Responsibilities:Market, show, and lease apartments to prospective residentsEstablish rapport with potential residents, assess their budget, preferences, and needsMaintain an updated inventory of available apartments and track renewal informationVerify rental applications for accuracy and compliance with company policies and housing regulationsProvide exceptional customer service to residents, assisting with inquiries and concernsAssist in the move-in and move-out process, ensuring apartments are clean and move-in readyPrepare move-in and welcome packages for new residentsProcess service requests for maintenance and follow-up as neededRepresent the company in a professional and friendly manner at all timesMay be required to work at other WPMC properties as neededPerform additional leasing and administrative duties as assignedQualifications & Skills:Previous leasing or related sales experience (preferred)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsResults-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independentlyExcellent organization skills and attention to detailProfessional, friendly, and customer-service drivenFlexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays as neededReliable transportation to support property needsMust pass a criminal background check and drug screeningValid driver's license with a clear Motor Vehicle RecordPhysical Requirements:Ability to walk properties, conduct apartment tours, and assist with move-ins/move-outsFrequent standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 25 lbs)Ability to use a computer, phone, and office equipment for extended periodsWhy Join Woodruff Property Management Company?We offer a comprehensive total rewards package, including Choice of three medical plans, plus dental and vision coverage Short-term & long-term disability and AFLAC supplemental insurance 401(K) with company match (100% of the first 3%, plus 50% match on the next 2%) Paid Time Off (PTO) – 16 days per year (prorated in the first year) 9 company-paid holidays A supportive, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growthWoodruff Property Management Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO) and a Drug-Free Workplace.
