Automotive Quick service technician

Automotive Quick Service TechnicianColonial Chevrolet of Acton is seeking an Automotive Quick Service Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing quick service tasks efficiently and accurately, performing inspections, and providing exceptional customer service.Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive pay range of $50000 to $75000 per year, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and ongoing training opportunities.Responsibilities:Perform quick service tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacementsComplete inspections and identify any potential issues for further repairsCommunicate with customers to explain repairs and provide exceptional customer serviceUtilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and resolve mechanical issuesKeep track of and complete all service records and documentationMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdhere to all safety policies and proceduresContinuously improve technical knowledge and skills through ongoing training and educationRequirements:Minimum of 1 year of experience as an automotive technicianKnowledge of quick service procedures and strong mechanical aptitudeExcellent communication and customer service skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work efficientlyTeam-oriented and able to work collaborativelyMust have a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordEEOC statement: Colonial Chevrolet of Acton is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.
