As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be one of the first people families speak with when they contact us. Your job is to guide them through the process, answer their questions, verify insurance, and help them get started with home care services as quickly as possible.If you enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and making a difference, we'd love to meet you.This role includes a competitive base salary plus commissions.What you'll do:Answer inbound calls from patients, families, and referral sourcesCall families to gather the information needed to begin home care servicesVerify insurance eligibility, including Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)Explain our services and answer questions about the admission processFollow up with families to complete paperwork and move each referral forwardKeep accurate notes and update all activity in Zoho CRMWork closely with our coordination and recruitment department to help patients start care as quickly as possibleManage multiple referrals while keeping every case organized and on trackProvide excellent customer service during every interactionWhat we're looking for:At least 5 years of experience in inside sales, healthcare, patient intake, customer service, or insuranceAssociate or Bachelor degree in Administration Business, Healthcare, Marketing or similar fieldStrong communication and phone skillsComfortable speaking with families in a professional and compassionate mannerAbility to stay organized while managing multiple casesExperience using a CRM system (Zoho is a plus)Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, or managed care insurance is preferredBilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferredWhat winning looks like:Leads move forward consistentlyFamilies feel informed and supportedInsurance verification is accurate and timelyCRM notes are clear and organizedYou take ownership of your pipelineWhat this role requires:Attention to detailConsistent follow-upEmotional intelligenceAccountabilityTeam collaborationWhy join All American Home Care:We move quickly.We support families during important moments.We value ownership, communication, and follow-through.We are growing, and strong team members grow with us.
