Regional Member Service Representative – AmeriCU Credit UnionAmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Regional Member Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experiences and building meaningful relationships. As a Regional Member Service Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our mission of helping members live life, dream big, and achieve financial success.What You'll Do as a Regional Member Service RepresentativeWelcome and assist members in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner aligned with our MVP-1 Team cultureServe as a primary contact for members, supporting both ITM technology interactions and traditional teller transactionsBuild relationships by identifying member needs and referring appropriate credit union products and servicesConduct outreach through courtesy calls and in-person interactions to retain, expand, and acquire member relationshipsPartner with internal teams to support member growth and deepen existing relationshipsMeet or exceed performance and service goalsSupport onboarding and training for new hires within the financial center; may assist at other locations as neededAccurately document member interactions in the CRM systemPerform account servicing and maintenance with attention to detailMaintain compliance with all regulations and policies, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and SAFE Act requirementsActively participate in community engagement initiativesCover shifts as needed in any Financial Center within your assigned region. You may be required to assist another region if needed.
