This position is integral to maintaining a welcoming experience and enhancing the overall wash experience at JJ's Car Wash. This role emphasizes positive body language to assist our wash guests with initiating their wash process.QualificationsA friendly, energetic, motivated personality.Customer service orientated | Likes fast paced work environments.Must be able to stand / walk for duration of shift / outdoor environment / Lift Approx. 40lbs.Need to have reliable transportation.Fast learner, able to follow company guidelines and processes.Can engage in customer communication and respond respectfully to customer inquiries when necessary.Must demonstrate positive body language and ability to Smile!Previous customer service experience is plus!ResponsibilitiesAlways be ready to assist customers with menu options and payment.Provide customers with information and benefits of the monthly membership programs.Guide cars onto the conveyor with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor with a big smile.Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel.Be proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed.Assist fellow team members with keeping the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is organized.Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied.Be polite and available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner.Work safely and report safety or maintenance issues to management.Other duties as assigned.Position may be required to rotate to other company locations (Friendswood, League City)PLEASE NOTE THAT COMMUNICATION FROM JJ's Car Wash FOR THIS POSITION WILL GENERALLY COME VIA EMAIL.
