Job PostingESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Participate regularly in departmental and company meetingsSmiles, provides exceptional customer service, and always treats guests and coworkers with respect.Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to specifications and serves them in an orderly and timely fashion.Ensure guest is 21 or older before serving alcoholic beverages by accurately checking guest ID.Knowledgeable in the products the company serves.Properly operates the point of sales system, accounts for all service items, and keeps a balanced bank.Understands salesmanship and customer service is what makes this position successful for the company and the team members.Ability to uphold great communication with guest, build rapport, and engage in friendly conversations.Sets and keeps workstations and casino floor areas properly stocked, clean, safe, and organized.Serves drinks, greet guests, busses and runs drinks, does side work, plus any other normal functions required to service our guests under normal operating conditions.Communicates all guest service opportunities and product shortages or issues to management.Knows and complies with all rules, regulations and policies of the food and beverage departmentFollows the company's attendance policy as well as other rules and regulations set forth in the handbook.Able to satisfactorily complete assignable work tasks requested by the departmental leadersMust abide by all state and local liquor lawsImmediately report any safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues to the appropriate partyEnsure customer service standards are met and retainedOther duties as assignedPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
