Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing routine vital signs, and conducting treatments as ordered by physicians
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Identify and report changes in patient status to the Charge Nurse or Nurse Manager
Participate in shifts as scheduled, including evening and weekend hours
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
