Compensation and Benefits

• Average earning potential: $250000$400000 including new graduates
• Daily minimum guarantees
• 3035% of production including X-rays with potential location-based premiums

General Dentist Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality comprehensive dental care to children and adults
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions through restorative dentistry extractions crowns dentures prosthetic treatment and other appropriate procedures
• Develop present and explain treatment plans during patient consultations
• Review treatment options with patients and families and obtain informed consent
• Deliver consistent compassionate patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate dental records and medical documentation in accordance with company standards
• Follow all federal state and regulatory requirements including state dental board regulations HIPAA and OSHA standards
• Provide leadership and direction to dental assistants and clinical support staff
• Support a positive collaborative office environment focused on patient care and team success

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an ADA/CDAC-accredited dental school
• Current or eligible state dental license
• Experienced dentists and prospective graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care clinical quality and professional growth
• Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry services including treatment planning restorative dentistry extractions crowns dentures and patient education
