The Talent Acquisition Manager will report to a VP of HR and supervise one staff recruiter. Responsibilities will include:Champion the salary and hourly recruitment strategy to fill positions in a timely mannerDevelop internship and apprenticeship programsPromote community involvement and awareness as a premier employerLead the salary recruitment process and supervise the hourly recruitment effortsUtilize current and develop future recruitment toolsDevelop standardized interview and onboarding processesManage open requisitions and update management on status of unfilled positionsWork with hiring teams on interviewing complianceFoster external relationships to support recruitment effortsLead college and community job fair programsWork to continuously improve talent acquisition programsUtilize the current HRIS system and work to improve functionalityManage the recruitment budgetManage any current contingent service provider relationshipsOther duties as directed by managementThis is a leadership role that requires qualified candidates to take immediate ownership of the department and champion improvement of KPIs and processes. There are critical hourly recruitment needs and salary openings! Candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision and direction; this is not an entry level position.
