Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Hospital Security Presence in Cleveland OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a healthcare location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming environment for patients visitors and staff. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding Allied Universals values of agility reliability innovation teamwork caring and integrity.

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents medical emergencies disturbances and other critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility parking areas and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential hazards or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions wayfinding and access-control procedures while maintaining a professional presence.
• Document incidents observations and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
