Position Description: Patient Care Leader

The Patient Care Leader (PCL) is a clinical nurse who leads the practice of nursing and manages care on the patient care unit.

This nurse is proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a broad level of accountability for outcomes.

The Patient Care Leader provides 24 hour/ 7 day accountability care for assigned patients.

Requirements:
Certifications and Licensures:

ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing
Experience:
- Required experience - 2 years acute care RN
