Each perspective and experience makes ConnectiveRx better than the sum of its parts.ResponsibilitiesGenerates standard or custom reports using SQL programming to summarize business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.Synthesizes current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.Identifies, monitors, & analyzes current and potential trends customers, using Business Intelligence tools for strategic implications.Creates/updates databases, builds complex stored procedures (SQL), dashboards, systems, or develop process methods.Other duties as assignedPrepares reports or correspondence concerning project specifications, activities, or status. Consults with customers or other departments on project status, proposals, or technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance.QualificationsEducation/Degree Requirements/CertificationsBachelor's Degree in Database Management, Data Analytics, or similar field. Master's Degree a plus.Experience for people management jobs, indicate years required managing people3-5 years' experience in an analytics role working with large data sets3+ years' experience with Business Intelligence tool design, requiredExperience in the pharmaceutical industry or life sciences strongly preferredPrevious client facing role preferredKnowledgeExpertise in data interpretation, forecasting, predictive modeling, and executive presentation.Advanced proficiency with reporting tools such as SQL (required), SSRS, and Excel Experience building Dashboards and Reports with a Business Intelligence tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker required. Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS, Salesforce, or Python a plus.SkillsProficient working with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle to establish architecture, build stored procedures & write complex queries (using joins & subqueries)Written and oral communication - Must be able to explain complex analytics to a non-technical audience. Supervise and assign work to other analystsComplex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutionsCritical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problemsTime Management - Ability to prioritize and execute job tasks in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.CompetenciesCommunication (Oral & Written): Ability to listen actively and communicate key issues respectfully. Drafts procedures that comply with the process.
