We offer a competitive pay rate and a very complete benefit package; health insurance, paid time off, retirement plan, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, employee discount, employee assistant program, food provided.The hourly rate for this position is $23 per hourJob RequirementsUnderstand the mission, vision, and goals of the hotelMust be able to prioritize and work efficiently with limited supervisionMust be detail oriented and able to multi-task efficientlyMust be able to speak and understand and communicate the primary language(s) used in the workplaceMust possess excellent communication, follow up, and organizationalSets high personal performanceMust be proactive and have a creative, positive, and focusedMaintaining confidentiality and sensitive information is aMust have the ability to push, pull bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.Safety requirements of PPE as needed for duty assigned and with use of required tools and equipmentBilingual English/Spanish speaking skills preferredJob ResponsibilitiesEnsure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property by patrolling premises and monitoring surveillance camerasRespond to disturbances and emergencies, assisting guests and employees with safety concernsConduct investigations of crimes against property and persons, maintaining accurate records and reporting to management or law enforcementAssist sick and injured guests and employees, ensuring proper documentation and follow-upEnforce hotel policies and report suspicious activitiesCheck alarm systems, safety, and fire equipment, and monitor the security of building doors, service areas, and delivery areasFollow 4 Keys service standards, standard operating procedures, and safety standardsWork cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a teamAdhere to flexible scheduling based on business needs, including holidays, nights, overnights, and weekendsMaintain strong observation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressureMust have the ability to push, pull, bend, squat, and lift up to 50lbs on a regular basisAll duties and requirements stated are essential job functions.
