Job description
Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient October 2026. Position Summary:
The Clinical Liaison acts as a coordinator between internal and external referral sources and the acute inpatientrehabilitation operations. The Clinical Liaisonis responsible forestablishingrelationships with case coordinatorsphysicians payors and other referral sources. The Clinical Liaison will ensureappropriate patientplacement throughclinical screenings and assessments in collaboration with both hospital Case Coordination and the InpatientRehabilitation Medical Director. The Clinical Liaison works closely with hospital Case Coordinators and the acute inpatient rehabilitation admissions team to ensure a responsive and smooth flowing referral and admission process.
Pay:Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

- Current Clinical License
- Valid Drivers License

- Inpatient rehabilitation experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented able to meet stricttime frames
- Knowledge of MedicalTerminology
