Flex Security Officer Role

This position emphasizes availability and flexibility more than a fixed schedule.

Quick Summary

• Pay: $17.00/hour
• Employment Type: Part-time, on-call/flex
• Hours: Variable; could range from limited part-time hours up to 40 hours per week depending on staffing needs
• Shifts: Must be available for all shifts:
• 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Availability Required: Days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

What They're Looking For

Required:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous security experience
• Ability to be on-call and cover shifts as needed
• Open availability across all days and shifts

Preferred:

• Prior flex/on-call security experience

Main Duties

• Fill in for call-offs, vacations, and staffing shortages
• Patrol and monitor the facility
• Watch surveillance systems
• Respond to alarms and incidents
• Complete reports and documentation
• Enforce site rules and safety procedures
• Assist during emergencies
• Provide customer service to employees and visitors

This is a Part-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, Weekends. Travel is not required.
