House Manager Direct Care ProfessionalAt Brighter Day, we believe that people with developmental disabilities are people first. We will always place the person before the program. Brighter Day is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as a House Manager Direct Care Professional to provide care to the individuals we support. You will work in home settings managing staff, supporting individuals with daily living activities, participating in recreational activities, and fostering positive relationships.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Empathic individuals who want to make a real difference in a person's life by coming to work every day!We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, caring people who know the value of communication.Flexible and willing to adapt to change. The level of support may vary depending on the needs of the individual.Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
