Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Presence in Grove City OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents monitor assigned areas and support a welcoming environment for employees visitors and drivers. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universals agile reliable innovative and people-first values with teamwork and integrity.

Pay Rate: $17.98 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors drivers and team members by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas trailer yards parking areas building perimeters and other assigned areas at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor access points and observe the movement of vehicles deliveries and personnel in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner; document observations and report concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Help to deter unauthorized access theft and other security-related concerns through a professional presence patrol activity and timely reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
