Apply today!You will have a high level of accountability for all retail store functions and for communicating and implementing the company vision through directing the day-to-day activities of the entire store staff. Your day runs on two tracks at once: driving high-performance results on the floor in a fast-paced, demanding solutions sales environment, and running the store like a business — budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on what's working. You will also act as a mentor for your Assistant General Manager and attend weekly sales leadership calls.
