Manufacturing Machine OperatorUnited Talent Staffing is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Manufacturing Machine Operator to operate and monitor production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate assigned production machineryPerform machine start-ups, shutdowns, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting (with training)Monitor product quality and report defects or issues to supervision or Quality ControlLoad raw materials and replenish packaging supplies as neededMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areasAssist team members and provide coverage on Production Line during breaks when requiredFollow production orders and safety proceduresParticipate in safety meetings and required trainingShift & Pay:1st Shift: $14.00/hr | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM2nd Shift: $14.50/hr | 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM3rd Shift: $15.00/hr | 11:30 PM – 7:30 AMSchedule: Rotating days off (5 days on / 2 days off)Requirements:Reliable attendance and punctualityAbility to follow written instructions and safety proceduresMechanical aptitude and attention to detailAbility to safely use hand tools and basic measuring toolsMust complete required machine training prior to operationPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shiftMust be able to lift, push, or pull up to 30 lbsPerks:Weekly pay via direct deposit or pay cardUnlimited Referral Bonuses!
