Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time in Milwaukee WI you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic retail and mall location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a welcoming environment for shoppers tenants and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service clear communication and timely reporting while responding to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $19.26 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors tenants and retail employees by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents customer concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail common areas storefront perimeters parking areas and other assigned locations.
• Monitor for unusual activity policy violations hazards and unauthorized access and report observations according to location procedures.
• Assist with access control directions lost-and-found inquiries and communication with location management and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
