Locums Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician in Sonora, California - Low Daily Volume, Flexible Coverage
Take as-needed 24 hour OB GYN call with a lighter daily workload centered on emergency evaluations, phone consultations, and morning rounding.
Highlights
- Approximately 2 to 4 patients per day
- As-needed coverage
- Mix of phone and in-person consultations
- Multi-month coverage need
Practice & Cases
- Inpatient obstetrics and gynecology
- Emergency OB GYN evaluations
- Approximately 1 to 3 in-person emergency visits per day
- Approximately 35 to 40 deliveries per month across the service
Schedule
- 24 hour call shifts
- Morning rounds as needed
- Approximately 4 to 6 telephone calls per day
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active medical license required
