The firm is looking for someone who can lead complex client engagements, develop strong client relationships, mentor the tax team, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. $250,000+ minimum base salary , with compensation dependent on experience Additional bonus potential Strong path to Partner Established client base and growing practice High level of autonomy and visibility with firm leadership Long-term opportunity to build and lead a significant book of business Responsibilities Lead and review complex federal, state, and local tax engagements Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses Manage and develop client relationships Provide strategic tax planning and consulting Mentor and develop Managers, Senior Managers, and other tax professionals Assist with business development and expansion of the firm's tax practice Work closely with Partners on firm strategy and client service Qualifications CPA required Significant public accounting tax experience Previous experience at the Tax Director, Senior Manager, or equivalent level Strong technical tax knowledge and client advisory skills Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships Leadership and team-development experience Interest in progressing to Partner This position is ideal for an established tax leader who wants the economics and career trajectory of partnership without having to wait indefinitely for the opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
