No professional cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training and teach you our cleaning systems, quality standards, and customer-service expectations. We're looking for people who are reliable, coachable, comfortable with physical work, and interested in growing with a local business.

What You'll Do You'll work with a teammate cleaning homes throughout North Bergen, Jersey City, Hoboken, Edgewater, and surrounding areas. Your day may include:

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
• Completing recurring, deep, first-time, move-in, and move-out cleanings
• Following Two Maids cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Working efficiently as part of a two-person team
• Communicating professionally with customers and coworkers
• Traveling between customer homes during the workday

This is an active, physical job. You'll be on your feet throughout the day and regularly bending, lifting, reaching, and climbing stairs. No Experience? That's Okay. You do not need professional cleaning experience to apply. We provide paid training and teach you how we clean, how to work efficiently as a team, and how to deliver the level of service our customers expect. What matters most to us is that you are:

Driving and Transportation A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are strongly preferred. Team members who are approved to drive for work may qualify for additional driver compensation and expanded scheduling opportunities.

Pay and Earning Opportunity

• Average trained team-member earnings of approximately $120$140+ per day
• Tips typically average approximately $150$200+ per week
• Additional driver compensation when applicable
• Paid training
• Bi-weekly pay
• Performance and reliability bonuses
• Opportunities to increase earnings through our Maid to Shine performance program
• Opportunities to grow into Lead Cleaner, Trainer, Driver Leader, and other positions

Earnings vary based on schedule, performance, customer feedback, tips, and additional responsibilities.

Schedule

• Daytime hours
• Primarily Monday through Friday
• Regular Saturday availability is needed based on business demand
• Saturday schedules may vary from week to week
• No nights
• No Sundays
• Major holidays off
