Shift SupervisorJoin BRC in a leadership role that helps ensure safety, stability, and support for individuals experiencing homelessness. As a Shift Supervisor, you'll oversee frontline staff, maintain shelter operations, and ensure policies and safety procedures are followed.What You'll DoSupervise Community Technicians and operations support staffOversee daily shelter operations, ensuring safety, security, and fire safety complianceEnsure staff follow all agency policies, procedures, and documentation standardsReview and maintain accurate records, reports, and clinical notesRespond to incidents and provide guidance to staff as neededParticipate in weekly program and leadership meetingsProvide emergency First Aid/CPR assistance when requiredPerform related duties as assignedScheduleFull-time, 37.5 hours per weekPrograms operate 24/7; various morning, evening, and overnight schedules availableWho We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED requiredBachelor's degree preferredExperience working in homeless shelters or similar settings preferredAt least one year of supervisory or lead experience preferredKnowledge of addiction and recovery processesStrong computer literacy and documentation skillsFirst Aid and Fire Safety certifications required (or willingness to obtain)CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain)What We OfferHealth insurance and paid sick time start day one3+ weeks paid vacation, 12 holidays, plus sick and personal time403(b) retirement plan with employer matchTuition assistance and career advancement opportunitiesWork with a mission-driven team committed to staff wellbeing
