Applicants that do not meet these requirements will not be considered.SciTec has an immediate opportunity in our Boulder, CO office for a Staff – Senior Systems Engineering with experience in microservices architectures, data center designs, and modular open systems architecture. This engineer will be responsible for elaborating operational concepts, refine requirements, and create architectural designs to support the delivery of a combined hardware/software data processing system. This work will be performed collaboratively with both customer representatives and with SciTec technical staff.ResponsibilitiesElicit, detail, and document operational concepts and stakeholder needs for the operation of a MOSA architecture hosting high-performance data processing applications.Development and analysis of system requirements which address identified stakeholder needs.Support to SciTec development teams in the design of system architectures which meet established requirements and align with customer concepts of operations.Coordination with integration, verification, and test teams to support requirements verification and validation.Documenting operational concepts, stakeholder needs, system requirements, and system architectures using Model-Based Systems Engineering toolsAdditional duties as required and assigned
