We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Med Tech to join our team at AdviniaCare Naples, an assisted living and skilled nursing community in Naples, Florida. As a Med Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, working closely with our nursing staff to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Job Summary:

As a Med Tech, you will assist residents with daily living activities, including medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, and laundry. You will also be responsible for light housekeeping and ensuring the overall cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces. Your positive attitude, empathy, and attention to detail will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including medication management, grooming, incontinence care, food preparation, feeding, bathing, and laundry

• Provide light housekeeping services, including dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and bedrooms

• Ensure the overall cleanliness and comfort of residents' living spaces

• Maintain accurate records of residents' medications and treatments

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Requirements:

• Preferred: CNA/Active License

• BLS/CPR Certificate

• TB

• MMR

• Previous experience working with seniors and desire to serve and care for seniors

• Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care

• High school diploma or equivalency required

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Previous Med Passer experience required
