We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team at Meadow Falls Conneaut. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Provide vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly

Caregiver Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in a healthcare setting

• Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds regularly

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

What We Offer:

3rd shift full-time sign on bonus $1500(split up)
