Role Overview: This position supports international sales efforts by executing sales strategies, managing relationships with distributors and dealers, and coordinating cross‑functional activities to boost revenue and market growth while delivering a high‑quality customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Implement international sales plans aligned with business goals. Manage communication and relationships with global distributors and dealers to develop sales pipelines and close deals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform regional strategies. Participate in customer engagements, industry events, and trade shows. Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, operations, and aftersales teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and pipeline visibility for management decision‑making. Provide operational support for international sales activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, aviation, or related field. At least 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles. Experience working with external entities, preferably with distributor/dealer management. Strong communication and coordination skills across stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; aviation knowledge and foreign language skills are advantages. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely execution of sales and marketing activities. Escalate risks related to deals, customers, or partners. Support leadership in stakeholder interactions.
