This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build or grow their experience in administration, customer service, data entry, and office operations.You'll help customers and internal teams make sure important public and legal notices are processed accurately and published on time. You'll have a variety of responsibilities throughout the day, including working with customers, responding to emails and phone calls, entering information into computer systems, and keeping up with important deadlines.No previous experience in public notices is required. If you have the right attitude, are comfortable learning new systems, and take pride in doing things correctly, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.What You'll DoProcess public notices and advertisements, making sure information is accurate and deadlines are metWork with customers and sales representatives to answer questions and coordinate notice placementRespond to emails and phone calls and provide friendly, professional customer serviceEnter and maintain information across multiple computer systemsReview proofs, reports, and other information for accuracyCoordinate with internal teams to resolve questions or issuesKeep track of deadlines and changing priorities throughout the dayMaintain organized and accurate recordsLearn our systems, processes, and requirements through hands-on trainingWhat We're Looking ForWe're more interested in your reliability, attitude, and willingness to learn than having a specific background.You could be a great fit if you:Pay close attention to details and like getting things rightAre organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkersAre comfortable using a computer and willing to learn new softwareHave a friendly, helpful approach to customer serviceCan work independently while also being part of a teamShow up, follow through, and take ownership of your workPrevious experience in office administration, customer service, retail, banking, healthcare, hospitality, data entry, or a similar environment is helpful, but not required.We'll train you on our systems and processes.
