Job Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and efficient communication.

The Successful Applicant
A successful (Sr.) Project Manager - Industrial & Manufacturing should have:
- 6+ years of Project Management or Preconstruction experience
- Industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, trucking, or large-scale commercial project experience
- Ability to manage projects in travel-based environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills with client-facing experience
- Willingness to travel extensively to support project needs
