MLM Trucking is a trusted FedEx Ground contractor committed to safety, teamwork, and treating people with respect. We provide the training, equipment, and support you need to succeed. Our terminal is located at 3466 Shippers Dr., Grand Rapids, MI 49544.

Pay & Benefits

• Earn $190/day + $1 per stop
• $170/day + $1 per stop
• Paid training
• $600 retention bonus
• Weekly pay
• Health, dental & vision insurance after 30 days
• Company vehicle & uniforms provided
• Weekend and performance bonuses

Schedule

• Full-Time: Tue-Sat, Sun-Thu, or Thu-Sun
• Part-Time Delivery Driver: 3 days between Fri-Mon
• Start: 8:15 AM until route completion

Key Responsibilities

• Complete package delivery routes safely and efficiently
• Load, scan, and deliver packages
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
• Use GPS and delivery technology
• Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• 21+ with a valid driver's license
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report
• No CDL required
• Must be willing to submit to a background check, MVR review, drug test, and DOT physical (paid by employer)
