Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.Job ResponsibilitiesStarting Pay: $28.84/hr + Shift Premium | B Shift | Benefits Available Day One Location: Liberty, MO Magna is seeking a Production Team Leader to support daily manufacturing operations by directing workflow within a production area, training operators, supporting quality initiatives, and helping ensure production goals are met safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role that serves as a key resource for operators and production support teams.What You'll Do:Train and support operators on machine operation, quality inspections, and standardized work proceduresAssist with daily production activities to help maintain safety, quality, and productivity goalsTroubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate support for machine or tooling concernsMonitor product quality and report non-conforming parts to leadership and quality teamsUpdate communication boards and escalate operational issues as neededComplete maintenance work orders and support equipment uptime effortsConduct daily 5S, safety, and workstation auditsLead pre-shift meetings to communicate goals, concerns, and production updatesRespond to Andon calls and coordinate the appropriate support groupsFill in for operators when needed and support production flow throughout the shiftDrive continuous improvement efforts to improve processes, products, and workplace efficiencyQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing, production, team lead, or leadership experience preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to make decisions, set direction, and prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and support team members High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail Ability to collect information, identify issues, and implement effective solutionsBenefitsBenefits Available Day One Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) Profit Sharing (eligibility requirements apply) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Referral Program Life Insurance and AD&D CoverageApply today to join Magna's team in Liberty, Missouri.
