If your skills and experience are a good match for this role please apply today.Job Duties:Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish retail IT equipment, including POS systems, computers, servers, printers, tablets, laptops, and handheld devices.Perform hardware repairs, maintenance, testing, and quality inspections to ensure equipment meets customer specifications.Process warranty claims and maintain accurate service, repair, and inventory records.Package, label, sort, and prepare equipment for shipment and delivery.Communicate repair status, inventory needs, and equipment issues to supervisors.Follow customer repair guidelines, company procedures, and quality standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Assist with warehouse operations and other duties as assigned.Education Requirements:High school diploma or GED required.Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Tech-savvy individual with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Experience repairing, diagnosing, or refurbishing computers, POS systems, printers, tablets, laptops, servers, or other electronic devices preferred.Ability to accurately document repairs, inventory transactions, and warranty information.Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.Physical Capabilities:Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and work in a variety of industrial environments throughout the shift.Ability to lift equipment, tools, and replacement parts weighing up to 30 pounds.Ability to safely work around moving machinery while following established safety procedures.Manual dexterity to operate tools, perform repairs, and inspect equipment.Benefits:Competitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life Insurance and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Workplace committed to quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement."Staffmark was great at getting me placed.
