Project Management Opportunity With Four Seasons Kanga Roof
Our Roseville, MI team is searching for a full-time Home Roof Project Manager to lead our residential roofing projects throughout the area and help uphold our reputation for excellent craftsmanship. This is a great opportunity for an experienced tradesperson to boost their career and gain valuable leadership experience!
Pay: $75,000 - $90,000/year (based on experience/qualifications)

What Your Workdays Will Look Like
Our Home Roof Project Manager is in charge of overseeing the residential roofing techs and supporting efficient project completion. With an attention to detail and flexible problem-solving skills, you'll monitor job progress and step in as needed to improve quality, timeliness, or cost-effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to):
- Performing daily jobsite check-ins and quality control inspections to ensure projects meet company standards
- Creating work orders and material lists based on projected job needs
- Ensuring field crews follow safety protocols and meet quality expectations
- Conducting final job walkthroughs and closing out jobs within 72 hours of completion
Home Roof Project Manager Requirements
- 4+ years of roofing experience
- Master Shingle Applicator certification
- Current, valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills, proficiency with Google programs, and familiarity with industry software like CompanyCam
