Role Description The Crew Member role is a remote contract position focused on supporting clients through financial education and service coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective and current clients via phone or virtual meetings, gathering information about their financial goals and needs, and helping schedule and facilitate consultations with licensed financial professionals. Crew Members assist with preparing basic financial needs summaries, organizing client documentation, and updating internal systems to ensure accurate records. The role also involves providing clear information about available educational resources, supporting marketing and outreach efforts, and collaborating with team members to deliver a consistent, client-centered experience. Qualifications Strong customer service, client communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and explain information clearly. Organizational and administrative abilities, including managing schedules, maintaining accurate records, and handling multiple client interactions efficiently. Comfort with remote work technology, including video conferencing tools, CRM systems, and basic office software. Interest in financial education, personal finance, or financial services, with a willingness to learn about topics such as insurance, retirement, and investments. Professional, ethical approach to handling sensitive financial information and respecting client confidentiality. Self-motivated, reliable work habits, and the ability to work independently as a remote contract team member.
