Retail Instants Program Leadership

• Lead the development and execution of Aristocrat's Retail Instants strategy and business plan.
• Establish product standards, commercialization approaches, operational requirements, and licensing frameworks for branded retail instant products.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across product, legal, marketing, commercial, creative, government relations, and business development teams to complete the Retail Instants roadmap.
• Develop long-term growth strategies that improve the value of Aristocrat intellectual property across lottery channels.
• Measure and optimize program performance through contract acquisition, game performance, sell-through, and market penetration metrics.

Other New Game Development

• Lead the strategic development of new draw-based game opportunities including draw-base games such as Fast Draw, Fast Play, traditional Lotto-style games, and emerging lottery product categories.
• Build and recommend game mechanics, prize structures, player experiences, and product positioning strategies including partnering with mathematicians to explore, validate, develop novel game mechanics
• Develop commercialization frameworks and product marketing materials supporting both existing customers and competitive bid opportunities globally.
• Partner with internal product and innovation teams to identify future growth opportunities and portfolio gaps.
• Provide consultation and mentorship on progressive jackpot structures and modeling initiatives across game categories.
• Lead Aristocrat's participation with multi-state organizations and industry working groups related to game innovation, game building, and product development.
• Establish strong relationships with lottery and Aristocrat product leaders and innovation collaborators globally.

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of experience in applicable product development, product design, portfolio strategy, or related gaming industries. Lottery product experience preferred.
• Experience building commercial product strategies and launching new products, programs, or revenue streams.
• Demonstrated analytical and financial modeling skills, including game economics and risk assessment.
• Experience working with customers and cross-functional internal and external collaborators.
• Outstanding communication, influence, and collaborator management skills.
• Shown ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
