Location: Brazoria County Juvenile, TX Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Schedule: 3/4 – 12-Hour Day Shift Rotation | EVO Weekends Qualifications: What You’ll Do Deliver hands-on nursing care and monitor patient health needs Assess symptoms, reactions, and progress to support positive outcomes Administer medications according to nursing standards and facility guidelines Complete accurate documentation and follow individualized care plans Perform assessments, respond to emergencies, and use critical thinking skills Collaborate with healthcare providers while practicing within your State Scope of Practice Work Today.
