WHAT YOU’LL DO TO MAKE AN IMPACT As a Therapist, you’ll be doingmeaningful work that supports the emotional and behavioral health of childrenand families. You’ll provide therapy in homes, therapeutic foster homes, andcommunity settings, helping clients heal, grow, and thrive. Here’s what yourrole will include: Complete diagnostic assessments and developindividualized, strength-based treatment plans Provide individual, family, and supportivetherapy to children, youth, and their caregivers Document sessions, track progress, and ensurecompliance with state and program standards Collaborate with foster parents, caregivers, andmultidisciplinary teams to coordinate care Offer crisis intervention and connect clients tocommunity resources when needed Support healing, stability, and resilience forchildren who have experienced trauma or instability Coach caregivers in consistent behavioralsupports to strengthen family dynamics Engage in supervision, team meetings, andongoing training to sharpen your clinical skills Be a vital part of a mission-driven team thatvalues hope, restoration, and the power of family Master’s degree in counseling or related field Licensed professional in the state specificrequirements Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Candidates must possess a valid driver’slicense, current auto insurance, and vehicle registration.
