Data Collection Associate Manager, OptimusTesla is seeking a highly motivated Data Collection Associate Manager, Optimus to lead dual-shift operations for the data collection organization supporting Optimus development. In this role you will oversee supervisors across the Fremont Factory and Milmont Academy, drive operational excellence through lean principles, and ensure the team delivers high-quality data at scale while putting people safety first.You will track and improve daily, weekly, and quarterly metrics; develop leaders; partner cross-functionally with engineering and equipment teams; and maintain robust training and information flow so operators, leads, and supervisors succeed across shifts.
