Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Occupational Therapist Assistant to join a small, home-like skilled nursing facility. The role involves providing patient-centered occupational therapy services in a supportive, personalized environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist the occupational therapist in implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with clinical protocols and facility guidelines.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance by adhering to dress code standards.
Participate actively in therapy sessions, following the CRG P & P policies.
Ensure productivity requirements are met, maintaining at least 92% efficiency.
Be present in the facility during scheduled hours to guarantee availability for patient care.
Qualifications:
Hold valid licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant.
Demonstrate experience in a skilled nursing or similar setting preferred.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Adapt to a patient-focused, team-oriented work environment.
Follow established clinical protocols and documentation procedures.
Maintain professional appearance and punctuality.
