Primary Responsibilities :
Lead and manage comprehensive, high-quality care within the care team.
Diagnose and treat chronic diseases and disorders.
Review patient history, including allergies and medication status.
Collect and record detailed patient medical histories.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging to assess patient conditions.
Analyze test reports to determine patient diagnoses.

Required Qualifications :
Unrestricted medical license in New York at the time of employment.
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Active DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to starting.
The expected compensation for this position ranges from $229,500 to $378,000, depending on various factors such as experience, education, and performance. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including incentives and retirement contributions. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
