Spokane ENT (a division of Columbia Surgical Specialists) is a physician-owned practice with over 100 years of service to the inland pacific northwest. We are seeking a comprehensive otolaryngologist to replace a retiring colleague who leaves behind a thriving and busy practice. Applicants can expect a busy schedule shortly after starting, with operative work covering the gamut of otolaryngologic pathology. The successful applicant will be expected to primarily manage general/comprehensive otolaryngology patients, but there is room for the applicant to develop their own niche within the practice alongside fellowship trained surgeons with sub-specialized otology, rhinology, pediatric, and head & neck/microvascular practices. Fellowship trained otolaryngologists interested in a more sub-specialized practice are also welcome to apply. - Full-time Monday to Friday schedule with 1:10 call
- Epic EMR
- Large and diverse ENT group consisting of ENTs, APPs, Audiologists, Allergy Nurses, Vestibular Therapists and more
- On-site ASC, CT imaging, allergy testing, audiology, vestibular testing and physical therapy
- Opportunity for academic involvement with the University of Washington and Washington State University
- Opportunity for partnership and ASC/real estate ownership is entertained after 1 year of employment and under most circumstances occurs within 2 years.

- Position open to both experienced general otolaryngologists as well as recent residency/fellowship graduates
- Compensation is between $382,167 and $584,712 per year
