Job Summary :

As a Manager of Healthcare Information Services & Integration Support, you will oversee the implementation, support, lifecycle management, and strategy for content within the designated programs.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Monitor, manage, and report on daily operations to support efficient and effective functioning of existing integration services and platforms.
• Responsible for Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, Deployment Management, integration systems upgrades, and platform management.
• Manage the implementation of new platforms / products for the Integration teams, including migrating to newer systems as required.
• Ensure adherence to integration policies and established procedures, including Change Management.
• Plan resource utilization and prioritize work for which the Integration Support team is responsible.
• Manage multiple functions effectively, ensuring a full workload is maintained.
