The Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Director to lead the commercial strategy and execution of the Group’s branded portfolio in the U.S. retail market.
This highly strategic and entrepreneurial role requires a strong commercial mindset and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional efforts across marketing, trade marketing, operations, and finance – in close collaboration with U.S. and European teams.
The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution, ensuring commercial plans are consistent with brand strategy and operational capabilities.
The Sales Director will manage relationships with key retail customers, distributors, and brokers, while building the internal structures necessary to support sustainable growth. Over time, we expect the sales leader to build and lead a dedicated U.S. sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance.
