Description : The objective of this position is to exceed the customer’s expectation of service by assisting the Driver with assuring the safe transportation and delivery of food to customer locations, following company policies and procedures. Assuring shipment of temperature controlled and undamaged product, proper count of goods at customer locations, assuring inventory levels are FIFO in the customer locations.

Salary 65K

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Assist in ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and testing support.
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand how various departments (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) leverage backend systems to manage their operations.
• Learn to customize and adapt ERP modules based on business requirements under the supervision of experienced mentors.
• Support data entry, validation, and migration activities during new system setups and rollouts.
• Help organize and deliver user training sessions, and prepare clear, concise documentation for business users.
• Provide first-level user support, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving common ERP-related issues.
• Develop skills to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of system needs.
• Participate in identifying and recommending process improvements within ERP workflows and business processes.
