Patient Coordinator – The Heart of Our Front Office!

Are you a person with a passion for organization and a smile that can brighten someone’s day? We're looking for a Patient Coordinator to be the friendly face and voice that keeps our dental office running smoothly and our patients feeling welcome and cared for.

Your Role :

Greet patients with a smile and check them in (and out!) with care

Answer phones like a pro and schedule appointments efficiently

Verify insurance, explain treatment plans, and process payments

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance

Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the schedule flowing

Anticipate needs and help keep the day smooth for both patients and providers

What You Bring to the Team :

Experience in a dental or medical office (preferred)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Familiarity with dental software (like Dentrix is a plus!)

A friendly, professional demeanor with attention to detail

The ability to stay organized, even when the phones are ringing and the lobby’s full

Bilingual? That’s a bonus!
