Job descriptionPerform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Diagnose cause of any malfunction and performs repair. Perform vehicle repairs within your current capability / skill level. Examine assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended. Communicate with service advisor and / or dispatcher if additional work is needed. Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order. Road test vehicles when required. Perform additional related duties as required and assigned. Ability to lift 35 pounds from the ground Ability to physically strain to move large objects (i.e. pushing in a dead vehicle) Ability to stand on feet for multiple hours at a time Ability to crouch, kneel, bend over Fine motor skills to operate hand tools, computers, small parts Gross motor skills of holding hands above head for an extended period of time Ability to withstand sudden light changes, and stimuli from computer / tablet screen Ability to see fine details in small components 2+ years of experience working onDiesel vehicles. ASE certifications are ideal. Strong automotive background. Strong teamwork skills. Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check. Must have clean & valid driver's license.
