Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate Director to join our Affordability team.
About the role
You will lead the strategy and execution of cross-functional affordability initiatives focused on special medical cost savings projects. You will bring proven experience in developing multi-year business strategies, analyzing opportunities, and driving execution across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. You will partner with senior leadership in a matrixed environment to deliver results. You will demonstrate intellectual curiosity, innovative thinking, and a commitment to continuously pushing boundaries to better serve our members. You will report into the Director, Affordability.
Work Location : This position is based in our New office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
Pay Transparency : The base pay for this role is : $158,400 - $207,900 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.

Pay Transparency : Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
